Privacy policy

Effective from 31 October 2026

This policy describes how we process personal data on hangar417.eu, in the client area billing.hangar417.eu and in the game panel panel.hangar417.eu, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.

Controller

The controller of personal data is Ing. Ľuboš Lendáč, company ID (IČO) 19852967, registered at Kurzova 2222/16, 155 00 Praha 5 – Stodůlky, Czech Republic, a sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Register. Contact: admin@hangar417.eu.

What we process and why

  • Visiting the website and client area: we measure traffic with our own Umami instance running on our server in the EU. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not store IP addresses and shares data with no one; we only see aggregate figures (pages viewed, where visitors came from, clicks on ordering, completed payments). The hosting provider also records technical data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for operation and security. Both based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Email: your email address and message so we can reply – legitimate interest or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Customer account and orders: name, email, billing details, ordered services, invoices and payment records – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); keeping accounting and tax records – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Game panel: username, email, login IP addresses and server activity log – performance of a contract and service security.
  • Game servers: content you upload and technical data of players connecting to your server (e.g. IP addresses in server logs). You are responsible for your community's data; we process it only to run the server.

How long we keep data

  • Customer account data for the duration of the contract and up to 3 years afterwards to handle possible claims.
  • Invoices and accounting records for the period required by tax and accounting law (up to 10 years).
  • Email correspondence as long as needed to handle it, at most 3 years.
  • Game server data until 30 days after the service ends.
  • Technical logs as long as needed for operation and security, usually a few weeks.

Who works with the data

We do not sell data or share it for marketing. We use these processors:

  • Websupport s.r.o. (Slovakia) – website hosting and email.
  • Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) – servers in an EU datacentre.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) – DNS and protection of the client area and game panel. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
  • Payment gateway provider – when you pay, depending on the payment method.

Cookies

The website hangar417.eu uses no cookies; traffic measurement works without them.

The client area and game panel use only strictly necessary cookies (login session, form protection, chosen language). Cloudflare may set security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm) to protect against bots. These cookies do not require consent. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to admin@hangar417.eu.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.gov.cz) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
